- Is there a limit on students?
- No. Students are unlimited on every plan. There is no per-student fee on any Arludo plan. The licence covers teachers only — every student in the school gets full access to the app at no extra cost.
- Do we need IT sign-off? What data do you collect on students?
- Students require no accounts, email addresses, or personal information to use Arludo. The free app collects no personal student data. The Science Portal tracks in-app activity linked to a code or name the teacher assigns — not to any external identity. No data is shared with third parties. Full privacy and data handling documentation available on request.
- How long does it take to get the school up and running?
- The dedicated onboarding session gets your team confident in under 60 minutes. Teachers can have their first class playing the same day licences are activated. No IT infrastructure to set up. From invoice to first class session typically takes 1–2 business days.
